What Foods can I eat on the Paleo Diet?

A rundown on the foods and types that are Paleo Diet approved, these are the recommended and allowed foods that you can consume on the "Caveman Diet"

There are a few simple rules when considering what foods you can eat on the Paleo Diet, no processed foods at all, no sugar, no grains, no legumes. Preferably Grass Fed and Organic, if you can't afford grass fed or organic, don't let this be an excuse to not try the Paleolithic Diet.


Paleo Meat should be from grass fed or wild game, if possible, of course this is not all ways possible because of access and economic reasons, so buy when you can afford it and find it from a reputable source, yes some of us do eat Bacon, it's a guilty pleasure, try and source Organically Grown and Prepared Bacon if you can.

Boar, Beef, Lamb, Pork, Poultry, Kangaroo, Camel, Buffalo, Crocodile, Wallaby, Chicken, Duck, Turkey, Quail, Venison, Rabbit. 


Paleo Seafood should preferably be from natural wild stock, again it is not always available and price can be an issue, so buy when you can afford it and when it's available. Look for fish or seafood high in Omega 3s
